Her Story
About Lynne
Lynne Jasames has been working in this line of work for well over 35 years. She started with the Rape Crisis Hotline, worked at group homes, and have been with Family Services for 30 years. In her role with Clark County, she work as a foster parent trainer and recruiter, managing a caseload as well she continuously reaching out to prospective foster parents, she help them with their online trainings, upload documents into the system, and get their references turned in. She also goes out in the field and table at events to recruit people to become foster parents. As a former foster child herself, she share her story and the power of what children can become because of her own personal experience.
Beyond her county work, Lynne started Jasamesinc, in 2005, where she's a trauma coach, trauma facilitator, host workshops, and a published author who speaks to people and helps them navigate their traumatic experiences. She host an annual event called Women, Purpose, and Processing, where they focus on different topics each year with speakers and panelists, and everybody participates in processing the topics together. She also train authors and speakers and she facilitate workshops. She love talking to people and helping them have light bulb moments and see where their strengths lie. She has a passion for training on how to identify, use, and developing coping skills. Her life is her career both personally and professionally - they all go together.
