Paige Selph, PACE, is a dedicated Executive Assistant with over 25 years of experience supporting senior leaders across public service, healthcare, and corporate environments. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police for the City of Kennesaw, where she plays a key role in managing executive operations for a $9M+ municipal department. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to prioritize complex responsibilities, Paige serves as a liaison between the Police Chief, staff, city leadership, and the public, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all levels. Throughout her career, Paige has demonstrated expertise in executive coordination, budget management, records oversight, and stakeholder engagement. She has earned multiple professional certifications, including the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) and the Nova Chief of Staff Certification, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Columbia Southern University. Paige is also a licensed life insurance agent in the state of Georgia, further showcasing her versatile skill set and commitment to professional growth. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Paige is deeply committed to her community and enjoys giving back through volunteer work with organizations such as the Kennesaw Safety Public Foundation and Bert’s Big Adventure. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, visiting wineries, and spending time at the beach. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success largely to my father, who also served in law enforcement. I’ve always looked up to him and the example he set in dedication and service. For me, success isn’t just about personal achievement—it’s about making a positive impact. If I can help even one person, I feel that I’ve made a meaningful difference.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

You must be like a crescent wrench, adjustable to any given situation at any given time.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to make sure it’s something you genuinely want to do. This work can be challenging, and it’s important not to take things personally. Stay focused on doing your job well, follow the rules, and maintain your professionalism—if you do that, you can go a very long way in your career.
