Her Story
About THERESA
I started in the film and television industry in the mid-1980s, left it in the mid-90s, and came back about a decade ago. I work as a writer and executive producer for myself and other production companies, focusing on my own business, Kaleidoscope Film and Television, which I've been running for about 10 years. We write and produce film and television projects, as well as documentaries, that break stereotypes by focusing on age, gender, and ethnic diversity. Our goal is to make diversity and inclusion so commonplace that it stops being special and just becomes the norm. My most notable professional achievement is surviving in an industry that has been taken over by bean counters who want to standardize everything instead of focusing on original projects. My main areas of expertise are writing and producing.
