The Work She Made Just for Herself

The horses taught me that the best decisions are made long before anyone can see the result, and then you have to be patient enough to let them prove it to you. I try to run my firm the same way, but the horses are where I learned it and where I go to remember it.
My recent favorite is sitting down with a sketching pad and messing around with a few little ink doodles. It's just for fun, but it gives me a creative outlet that's incredibly fulfilling and taps into that kind of childlike joy that I think is so powerful, and so easily lost as we get older and busier.
Dancing is one way I create for myself without external pressures. In fact, just knowing that the work will stay private removes all the pressure to make it "good", it can be a pure expression instead of a test.
On the advice of a mentor, I started a vision board as a way to clarify and manifest what I wanted my next chapter to look and feel like, but creating it alongside my daughters gave me something I hadn't expected: a chance for all three of us to dream out loud together. What began as a project for me has become an annual New Year's tradition for us, and that has been such a beautiful and meaningful outcome from leading with my creative intuition.
Not everything meaningful needs to become an accomplishment. Sometimes creating something simply for yourself is a reminder that joy has value, too.
I birthed my You Tube Podcast "Live with Tania" about Intentional Living and Tools to Anchor Our Inner Calm. I produce and host this show out of my passion to provide tools for people to awaken to their life intention.
Some of the most meaningful things I've created were never intended to become a business or receive recognition. My journey with fashion and personal styling began with a genuine passion for creativity, self-expression, and helping women see their own beauty. What started as something I simply loved gave me much more than I expected. It gave me confidence, purpose, and a deeper understanding of who I am beyond my professional titles. I learned that not everything we create needs an audience or a reward. Sometimes, the greatest accomplishment is discovering a part of ourselves we didn't know existed. "Sometimes, the greatest thing you create isn't something the world can see. It's the woman you become in the process."
