About Erica
Erica is a fitness entrepreneur, EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) specialist, and founder of Electric Sculpt, a private training studio dedicated to helping women achieve their health and wellness goals in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Through innovative EMS technology, Erica provides low-impact, full-body workouts that deliver efficient results in just 20 minutes, making fitness accessible for women of all ages and fitness levels. Her clientele primarily includes menopausal and post-menopausal women, as well as those recovering from injuries or seeking an alternative to traditional gym settings.
With a lifelong passion for empowering women through fitness, Erica previously owned and operated a successful women-and-children-focused fitness studio in New York, offering personal training, group fitness classes, youth programs, camps, and special events. A former fitness competitor, she has always approached health and wellness with a deep curiosity about the transformative power of exercise and nutrition. After stepping away from entrepreneurship to focus on raising her son, Erica felt called back to her purpose following the loss of both her parents to preventable lifestyle-related illnesses, experiences that reinforced her commitment to helping others prioritize their health.
Today, Erica combines personalized EMS training with accountability coaching through her signature six-week Feminine Sculpt program, where women track progress, build confidence, and connect with others navigating similar life transitions. Beyond fitness results, she is passionate about fostering a strong community of women who support and inspire one another. As Electric Sculpt continues to grow, Erica is focused on expanding her impact through brand licensing opportunities and plans to open a second location, bringing her unique approach to women's wellness to even more communities.

Ten minutes with Erica
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to following my heart and never letting fear overpower my desire. When friends or women ask me how I've had several businesses in my life - an event planning company, fitness studios, personal training - I always say that the fear never overpowered the desire. If I felt something was right for me, I never let the fear hold me back, and that always led me somewhere good. I think it was my heart guiding me. I also had life-changing experiences in my 20s volunteering internationally in places like Thailand, Nicaragua, and South Africa, which gave me a global perspective on helping people who are underprivileged or in need. I've always had that desire to help, especially women and children. Losing both my parents to preventable lifestyle-related diseases - my mom in 2020 to kidney failure and my dad in 2025 to liver failure - made me realize I have to go back to my purpose. If I can help any other women, encourage them to stay healthy, motivate them to take care of themselves, that's my big why. I trust myself and keep my eyes open for opportunities, because the more you do that, the more life is going to give you.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would definitely say to follow your heart. That's something that has always led me to the right places, and sometimes it feels scary. The fear never overpowered the desire. So if I felt something was right for me, I never let the fear hold me back, and that always led me somewhere good. I think it was my heart guiding me. I trust myself. The more you keep your eye open for opportunities, the more life is going to give you. You just have to be grateful, you have to appreciate it. Nothing's impossible - you just have to keep following your heart.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me are helping people, especially women and children, and giving back through volunteering and philanthropy. I've always had a desire to help people who are underprivileged or in need - I've volunteered internationally in Thailand working with women and children at risk of sex trafficking, in Nicaragua on environmental sustainability, and funded a water project in South Africa. I feel privileged in my own life, so of course I want to help where I can. Family is incredibly important to me - having my son was my biggest dream, and now that he's getting older, I feel like I have to go back to contributing to society. Self-care and encouraging others to take care of themselves is also central to my values. After losing both my parents to preventable lifestyle-related diseases, I realized that if I can help any other women, encourage them to stay healthy and motivated, that's what drives me. I believe in building community, making women feel comfortable, and being there for them during challenging times in their lives.
