I attribute my success to diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to civic engagement—ensuring every task, from processing voter registrations to supporting get-out-the-vote efforts, is handled accurately and efficiently.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received came from my mentors, Erin McClellan and Shawday Scott, who inspired me through their dedication to voter engagement and community activism, showing me the impact of passion, persistence, and meaningful work.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to seek out organizations where you can volunteer your time, like Dress for Success, to gain hands-on experience, build connections, and make a meaningful impact in your community.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are cultivating a strong sense of community and connection, and cherishing time with chosen family and friends. I also value experiences that enrich life, such as exploring new restaurants, enjoying music and art, traveling, and attending concerts and cruises.
