Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the guidance of great mentors, especially Dave Napaloni from Korn Ferry. He challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and focus more on serving clients, which shaped the way I approach my work and grow professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to focus on building strong relationships and always treating everyone with professionalism and respect. These qualities create trust and open doors for growth and opportunity.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

One of the most important values in my work and personal life is giving back to the community. I’m deeply involved with Woodhaven in Columbia, an organization that provides housing and care for adults with special needs. My daughter, who has special needs, will eventually live in their new village, which combines housing and medical care, and I’m proud to support its current fundraising efforts to bring this vision to life.
